The good: Large lot, home takes up most of it which is great if you need lots of room. Elegant original exterior. The bad: small yard not proportioned to large house. The ugly: the hodge-podge interior of to many old remodels. Charm of the exterior doesn't flow into the inside. Remodel the interior, and you'll have a lovely home. Bring an offer.

The good: besides the home itself, beautifully landscaped, some golf course view from rear, small house makes the yard seem large and open. The bad: in my opinion, seems over priced for the lot and square footage. The ugly: this picture! No justice to this one of a kind gem.

The good: Newly finished construction, square footage, space and walk to the landing. Location is ok if you don't need school locale. The bad: kitchen smack in the middle of the home spliting front living room from rear family room and I don't like that floor plan. The ugly: nothing ugly about this one. If school location is a must for you, I'll be listing a home soon-to-be completed in superior neighborhood. Call me for details.
