I have a theory that in Coronado all homes, even in the $5m+ range, have a condo-like quality because the neighbors are typically six feet away. So for me, the condo/house distinction is less important to me in Coronado relative to other communities. I would much prefer to be in a nice condo than in 610 square feet on the busiest street in Coronado. That is just my opinion, though. I would recommend you contact us and view some of our favorite condos on the MLS and not on the MLS in contrast to this Coronado home for sale.
