Mary Jo Morgan has a bachelor of arts in marketing and has been a Coronado resident since 1983. She was designated as a real estate "Top Producer" for 10 consecutive years and has specialized in facilitating new construction transactions on behalf of buyers and builders. She was involved in the original construction and sale of the Coronado Cays, and has facilitated the sale of over 50 new construction projects in Coronado. Mary Jo is well-versed with our public schools, as her daughter attends Village Elementary. Mary Jo is also familiar with the needs of relocating military officers, as her husband is a Navy Seal.
